Understanding the Happy Seeder
The Happy Seeder is designed to address two critical issues in farming: stubble burning and efficient sowing. Traditionally, farmers burn paddy stubble to clear fields for wheat sowing, leading to severe air pollution and soil degradation. The Happy Seeder eliminates the need for burning by incorporating the stubble back into the soil as mulch, which enhances soil fertility and moisture retention.
This eco-friendly technology is tailored for diverse soil types and contributes to significant water savings. By directly sowing wheat into the soil and covering it with a layer of straw mulch, the Happy Seeder not only promotes healthier crop growth but also mitigates environmental pollution.
