Armor
The Best item upgrader upgrader lets players improve the level of equipment on their armor, trinkets and weapons. The upgrades are applied to the gear by visiting an item upgrading upgrader NPC with appropriate currencies. The upgrade of an item upgrader mod will improve the stats of that item.
This NPC is found in every major city and is located in the corner of the city square, near a teleport point. The NPC can upgrade any weapon, armor or trinket, excluding those that require a quest, or crafting.
Note: The thing you use to upgrade item your gear is destroyed forever. You are not able to apply multiple upgrades to one piece.
