I would like to give some hints and ideas for soya grind biryani recipe. Before marinating, dip the soya pieces in water and stir well to bubble or splash. This removes pollutants and makes the soya easier to process. While marinating, you can add vegetables as per your decision, like cabbage, mushrooms, white peas, paneer, peas and beans. I put the marinated ingredients in the cooker over the soaked rice. If you want, you can also cook soya biryani in an open vessel.
