Unlike home improvement chain-stores, there is no mark-up for the middle-man. This allows us to keep our prices competitive while using higher grade materials and construction methods. We construct our buildings with the studs 16" on-center, use thick exterior-grade plywood for the sheathing, pressure-treated lumber on the floor joist, and 30-year asphalt shingles on the roof.
