By getting the right proportion of foods in our diet, we are in a position to enhance our health standards. Dietary food should be taken in the right proportions from the different food groups to ensure the body is supplying it with all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients it requires to work properly. Integrating the group of fruits, vegetables, whole grain products, lean meats, and good fats assists in maintaining energy levels, strengthens the immunity, and contributes to better health. What I did learn is that the concept of balance in nutrition can improve the quality of your life and avoid numerous diseases.
