Fort Gobindgarh is one of the historical places in Amritsar, Punjab, India. It was built in 1760 by Gujjar Singh, a general of the Bhangi Misl. The fort was later captured by Maharaja Ranjit Singh and the British East India Company. It is now a popular tourist destination in Amritsar.
