Students are encouraged to dream large and strive to stand on their own, according to E.S. Chakravarthy, vice president and head of global RMG at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). At Vignan University on Wednesday, "Utsav," a celebration aimed at supporting students who had excelled in sports, culture, and the arts and awarding merit scholarships to them, featured Dr. Chakravarthy as the principal guest. Speaking to the kids about his own experience, Dr. Chakravathy mentioned that he was a Vignan College alumnus and that chairman Lavu Rathaiah had taught him many valuable skills that had aided him in his professional life.
