Editable SA 8000 Documents Kit

The SA 8000:2014 documents are a set of editable MS Word files that address all elements of social accountability standards. These documents include a social manual, system procedures, occupational health and safety procedures, social policies, social committee templates, format and templates, standard operating procedures, and an audit checklist. The manual covers child labour, forced labour, working hours, discrimination, health and safety, freedom of association, and collective bargaining. The system procedures cover specific practice areas and help establish an effective system. The social committee templates cover members and work agendas. The formats and templates are provided as a guide and are not compulsory, and the standard operating procedures cover work instructions and social accountability issues. The audit checklist includes over 150 questions based on SA 8000 requirements. The documents are written in simple English and accessible with MS Word 2007 and later versions.
