Apple Kheer Recipe

As I told earlier, Kheer is a simple sweet which can be made anywhere in the country. My own cooking journey started with a simple semiya kheer and gulab jamun recipe. To be honest, at that time I did not know many recipes of kheer. However, if you have been reading my blog, you might have noticed that I have shared several types of kheer before. Following this tradition, I am going to share the recipe of premium apple kheer. The sweetness and bitterness of apples make this dish beautiful. However, which apple to use is entirely up to you. In this recipe I have used the famous Pink Lady Apple.
However, I would like to supplement the Creamy Apple Kheer recipe with additional hints, tips, and variations. To start with, I would recommend using full fat milk for any kheer recipe, not just this one. If you want your kheer to taste softer, do not use skimmed or conditioned milk. secondly, i have used only grated apple in this recipe, but you can use other fruits also if you want. Some examples are pears, dried fruits, banana pieces and even mango pieces. Last but not least, check that both the milk and applesauce are at room temperature before adding them. Since you are adding it to milk, you need to be careful else your milk may curdle.
