I GOT U is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California working since 2020. We work with individuals, couples and families in order to help them lead more fulfilling lives. Clients of mine are often looking for support in developing effective coping skills to manage difficult emotions/urges, strategies for improving communication/connection and ways to reduce conflict/turmoil in their lives. Our aim is to overcome those issues from the life of our patients so that they can live their life happily. Our mental health therapist provides physical as well as an online therapy session to their patients.
