I believe in treating the whole being – that mind, body and spirit are inextricably interwoven. As a therapist I am both a guide and witness to your healing. I will help you safely explore your memories and emotions with compassion and curiosity. This may involve working through stages of recovery from illness or inner barriers against wellness, healing from relational trauma, navigating loss, grief and transitional periods, and rewiring compulsive patterns or eating disorders.
