The La Regalade of Domaine la Bosque is a red wine from the region of Saint-Chinian of Languedoc-Roussillon. In the mouth, this red wine is powerful with a nice balance between acidity and tannins. Drinking “à la régalade” consists of drinking without bringing the container to the mouth. Our grandparents drank this way, from a flask, especially during the harvest.
