Omaxe Group, a leading real estate developer, is set to launch the landmark Omaxe Dwarka project in Delhi. With a budget of INR 2100 crore, this ambitious development includes a state-of-the-art sports complex and a vibrant retail centre in Omaxe Sector 19 Dwarka. Spanning 50.4 acres acquired from DDA, Omaxe will invest INR 1,300 to 1,400 crore in the sports facilities, which feature a 30,000-seat international stadium for cricket and football. The project, which follows a Design Build Finance and Operate model, also offers diverse shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
