The Omaxe Group is set to launch a landmark commercial project, Omaxe Dwarka Sector 19 Delhi, with a substantial budget of INR 2100 crore. The development in Dwarka includes a state-of-the-art sports complex and a vibrant retail centre. Spanning 50.4 acres, the project features world-class indoor and outdoor sports facilities, shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Highlights include a 30,000-seat stadium for cricket and football. Omaxe will manage the project for 30 years under a 99-year lease, with DDA taking over construction and maintenance thereafter.
