Omaxe Group is spearheading a landmark commercial project in Omaxe Dwarka Delhi, with a substantial budget of INR 2100 crore. Based on the Design Build Finance and Operate model, this project spans 50.4 acres and features a world-class sports complex and retail centre. With an investment of INR 1,300 to 1,400 crores for the sports facilities, the development includes a 30,000-seat stadium for cricket and football, alongside diverse shopping, dining, and entertainment options. After 30 years, DDA will oversee the project under a 99-year lease agreement.
