With an investment of INR 2100 crore, this landmark development will feature a state-of-the-art sports complex and a premium retail centre in the prime locality of Dwarka. The project, spanning 50.4 acres acquired from DDA, adheres to the Design Build Finance and Operate model. Approximately INR 1,300 to 1,400 crores will be dedicated to the sports complex, with the remainder funding the retail district.
