Omaxe Group has embarked on a landmark commercial project in Omaxe Dwarka Delhi, with a budget of INR 2100 crore. This development includes a sports complex and a retail centre on 50.4 acres of land acquired from DDA. The project, based on the Design Build Finance and Operate model, allocates INR 1300-1400 crore for the sports complex, featuring indoor and outdoor facilities and a 30,000-seat stadium for international cricket and football. The remaining budget will develop a vibrant shopping and entertainment district. After 30 years, DDA will oversee the project on a 99-year lease.
