The underlying issue is the exact same. The symptoms include difficulty staying focused, forgetting important details, difficulty making decisions, trouble staying on task and long journeys to the grocery shop.
The issue is that these symptoms could be debilitating, and can lead to low quality of life. This can cause feelings of guilt, shame, and hopelessness.
