There isn't a method to add keyless entry to a 2014 Soul with manual transmission. It comes standard on the Plus and Exclaim models. The push button ignition function is part of the Smart 2006 kia sportage key fob system which also includes remote start. That is not something that can be added by a non-dealer tech at a store.
The dealership does have the ability to program brand-new fobs (not an inexpensive alternative) during an ECU upgrade, so it might save you some cash in the long run to get your brand-new key from the dealer and let them do the programming at the same time.
