Item upgrade item in World of Warcraft
Item upgrade is a feature that allows players to raise the level of their weapons, armor and trinkets over the level they can get from specific Mists of Pandaria and Warlords of Draenor sources. It requires crests and currency and can be completed at any item upgrader NPC.
Items with high requirements generally get more value after upgrading (eth titans for example) whereas items with inherently low requirements often receive slightly less value, as they are able to be rolled perfectly regardless of upgrading.

Reroll tokens
Reroll tokens are unique items that can be used to upgrade an item upgrader kit. They can be obtained through events and monsters. They come in three different subtypes: rare, enhanced, or legendary. If a player has the reroll token they can right-click on a Satanic item upgrades or Angelic item, and then choose to reroll its quality. This will eliminate the token that is rerolling.
