Breathe out slowly and completely.
Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and close your lips around it.
Start to breathe in slowly and deeply through your mouth, and at the same time, press down on the top of the inhaler with your thumb to release the medication.
Hold your breath for as long as you comfortably can, then remove the inhaler from your mouth and breathe out slowly.
