It can take a long time to collect the items required to upgrade an Best Item Upgrade but the rewards will be worth it.
To complete a gear upgrade, you will need a certain amount of Power Dices and Minerals. Power Dices can be obtained by scraping or by acquiring them from NPCs that upgrade items.
