Champagne Epc Franck Pascal is a 2011 single-vintage wine produced in partnership with Franck Pascal, a pioneer of biodynamic champagne. Taking 2011 by storm, Pascal harvested five days later than his contemporaries, producing a wine with ideal tension. Composed of 62% Pinot Noir, 27% Chardonnay, and 11% Pinot Meunier, this cuvee is grown on three distinct types of soil: burstone, flint (silex), and firm limestone. This cuvée is produced on the terroir of Baslieux-sous-Châtillon, a region in the Vallée de la Marne recognised for producing unique Champagnes. This sophisticated, gourmet wine smells of exotic fruit, butter, and pine honey and is the kind of champagne that's perfect to share for any occasion!
